15 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied! If your CheckFlix Certifier doesn't perform as advertised, you may return it in like-new-condition with all original items and packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just email us at thair@checkflix.com and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Your refund will be credited to your credit card or directly to your bank account depending on your original purchase method.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are paid by the customer. We generally ship FedEx Ground for US addresses, but we will ship by any method you prefer if you specify that method with your order. We can also use your shipping account number if you prefer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If your item needs to be shipped internationally, please contact us at  thair@checkflix.com to obtain the shipping costs.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from checkflix.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of your receipt or your request.  Should you have any questions or issues, please contact CheckFlix.

WARRANTY
CheckFlix, Inc. (CFI) warrants that the Products are free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year for the CDA-01M from the date of purchase by Buyer. If a Product has a manufacturer’s defect or any mechanical or electrical failure, CFI will either repair or replace any necessary part (at CFI’s sole discretion) at no charge to Buyer. Parts, labor and return shipping are included as part of warranty. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty by CFI is set forth here in this paragraph.  CFI will not have any liability if the alleged defect is due to causes not within CFI’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, any defect caused by and negligent act or omission by Buyer or anyone other than CFI.

Warranties; Limitation of Liability. THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE CONSTITUTES CFI’S ONLY WARRANTIES IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN AN “AS IS” CONDITION AND THAT CFI DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, PROMISE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE NATURE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT OR TITLE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (A), IN NO EVENT SHALL CFI BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF CFI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED; AND (B) THE MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CFI FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCTS FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER TO CFI FOR THE PRODUCT.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for checkflix.com.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site. 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date.) This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services and may use an outside shipping company to ship orders. The merchant services company retains and stores  but does not share or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.  You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

-    See what data we have about you, if any. 
-    Change/correct any data we have about you.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
